*Please NOTE that if you plan to attend the Tractor Drive you *must* sign up with Leon beforehand. Also be sure to carefully read the directions as it is different from previous years.
TIME: Tractors are leaving at 8 a.m. sharp, so arrive early. End time is approximate.
LOCATION: North of Pioneer Village, AZ (we will not be parking at Pioneer Village, so please follow the directions carefully to get to the right place)
DIRECTIONS (from Phoenix): Take I-17 North to Anthem Way; Go West on Anthem Way; Turn left and go South on Vision Way to staging area.
SIGN UP: The deadline to sign up is October 8th. To sign up, contact Leon at 602-762-1951. Everyone must be signed up by the deadline. The tractor driving portion of the event is only open to current club members (for insurance purposes), however, you may become a club member or renew your dues the morning of the event if necessary.
TRACTOR REQUIREMENTS: Anyone who plans to bring a tractor MUST abide by the following:
- have a slow moving sign mounted
- no steel wheel tractors
- be able to travel at least 10 mph
OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS:
- Beginning and ending locations will be the same place.
- Everyone will stop for lunch at Circle K and Burger King.
- We will NOT be able to have our Fall Kick-Off Meeting that day at Pioneer Village this year as there is a large wedding taking place that evening. Be on the lookout for future information regarding the Fall Kick-Off Meeting at another date, time and location.
