Long time AEDGE&TA member Earl McRae has passed away.

He was born on June 9, 1938 and he passed away on September 7, 2020.  Earl is survived by his wife, Elaine; 2 sons, Bruce and Brian, and one daughter Debra Roth.

Earl joined AEDGE&TA in the 1990’s.  Earl served our country in the Army and was assigned to a tank division.  He was a director of Radiology and instructed students on the proper way to use the machines.  Earl was also a member of Knights of Columbus.

Surprise, surprise, Earl loved to play with tractors.  Earl loved restoring the old iron and make it run.  His favorite tractors were his Massey Harris Pony’s.  One of his more unusual tractors was a John Deere B.  It was from a former governor of Kansas.  If Earl wasn’t working on tractors you would most likely find him reading a book, he was an avid reader.

Earl and his wife moved to Buckeye, Arizona from Kansas and still have close ties with friends and relatives in Kansas.

There is a Funeral Mass scheduled for Saturday, November 21, 2020 at 10 am at Saint Henry’s Catholic Church, 24750 W. Lower Buckeye Rd., Buckeye, AZ 85326.

Arizona Early Day Gas Engine and Tractor Association is a 501(c)4 non-profit organization.
