Red Ronnebaum, Randy Waddle, and Chad Collier (photography) were out at the farm ground, testing out a restored Parlin and Orendorff Diamond sulky plow. For those of you not familiar with this brand, this was similar to the story of John Deere. Parlin was an apprentice blacksmith from New England, moved west, and started producing plows in the 1840's. Eventually, the company was purchased by International Harvester in 1919.
Speaking of the club farm ground, there is a small section that any member can use for plowing at any time. Reach out to Randy or Red for information. In the meantime, here are some pictures of their project.
